The safety of our patients and staff is of utmost importance to us, therefore we are adhering to the advice of the Government and are taking precautionary measures.
How do I book an appointment?Appointments can be booked by calling 0330010048, e-mailing email@example.com or by completing the enquiry form. Patients will be screened to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
What if I develop symptoms after booking my appointment?If you, or anyone in your household/family, develop a cough or fever during the time between booking your appointment and the day of your appointment, please telephone us to re-arrange your appointment. If you have had symptoms in the last 2 weeks, PLEASE let our team know at the time of booking and we will arrange a date that is safe for us all.
What will happen on the day of my appointment?On arrival to the clinic, your temperature will be taken by a registered nurse and hand sanitiser is provided. On the day of your appointment, we urge you to comply to the following: -Please arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment. -All patients visiting our clinic must wear a face mask at all times. -We kindly request you to come in on your own. If you need to bring in a chaparone / intepreter on the day, please let our staff know while booking the appointment. -Maintain 2 meters distance while communicating with anyone in the clinic. -If you suffer from any symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
What precautions are in place to ensure a safe environment?-To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) will be provided to all staff. -Your temperature will be taken at the door when you come in for your appointment. -Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the clinic for the use of patients and staff. -Social distancing is to be maintained at all times in clinic under strict guidelines. -Deep cleaning of the clinic areas/room.
